Cancellation Policy – Luxury Van Rental Dubai

• You may book and pay directly via our website, WhatsApp, social media platforms, in person at our office, or any other official booking channel.

• Once a vehicle is reserved for your requested date and time, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, as the vehicle is exclusively blocked for your use.

• Booking Modifications are allowed up to 3 days (72 hours) before the rental time.

• All changes are subject to availability and may affect the final rental price.

• If a cancellation occurs, any advance payment will be credited for future use.

• Credit remains valid for up to 3 months from the date of cancellation.

• After 3 months, any unused credit will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.
