Luggage Policy

Please note that luggage is not allowed inside the passenger cabin of any vehicle in our fleet, especially stretch limousines and luxury vans. For comfort and safety, we advise requesting a separate vehicle for luggage, which can be arranged at an additional cost.
Kindly inform us about your luggage requirements at the time of booking to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Chauffeur Services – Sprinter, V-Class, Vito

• JETEX or Al Maktoum Airport Transfers: Additional AED 200 will apply per trip.

• Parking Fees: Standard parking is included in all airport pickups. VIP or valet parking, if requested, will be charged separately.

• Waiting Time at Airport Arrivals: Up to 45 minutes is included. Any time beyond this will incur extra hourly charges plus applicable parking.

• One-Hour Bookings: If the time exceeds one hour for hourly or point-to-point transfers, an additional hourly fee will be charged.
